Identify Geographic Opportunities

Understand the density and types of foodservice outlets in a given geographic area (state, county, DMA, CBSA, ZIP code, etc.) to determine market potential. Better allocate resources and structure your organization to more effectively match opportunities based on location density.

Formulate Targeted Marketing Plans

Align your customer records to ReCount locations to determine your penetration in an area and identify white space. Additionally, you can create direct marketing lists using filters such as restaurant cuisine or business type to target the most promising prospects.

Methodology

The ReCount database is built from multiple data sources, including chain directories from company headquarters, internet chain directories, websites, SEC filings, phone verifications, and other business lists. The ReCount database for commercial restaurants and convenience stores is released twice a year, and monthly updates for restaurants are available. ReCount for non-commercial locations is released once a year. The ReCount database is available in an easy-to-use, web-based tool or flat files.
