Suellen Ravanas is the Chief Financial Officer, and responsible for the company’s global financial management and its reporting and transparency, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, audit, real estate and procurement. 

Previously, Ravanas held several senior leadership positions in the financial and commercial functions of global client-services businesses. Ravanas was the CFO-Americas for Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL), a leading commercial real estate company, where she managed a $10 billion P&L across the company’s largest region while designing and delivering strategic plans and financial goals. She also led a multi-year transformation program that built a best-in-class finance organization and served as a global company model. 

Before JLL, Ravanas was CFO-North America of advertising giant Leo Burnett from 2012 to 2016 and CFO of Leo Burnett’s holding company, Publicis Communications, for a short time in 2016. Ravanas also held multiple senior-level finance roles at PepsiCo for iconic CPG brands, including Quaker, Tropicana and Gatorade. She began her career as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney LTD. 

Ravanas holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has two master’s degrees from the University of Pennsylvania, including a Master of Business Administration in strategy and finance and a Master of Arts in international affairs from the Wharton School.
